Refurbished rooms are really nice and great value. The temporarily relocated 'Executive Lounge" was great but we didn't realise it would be so busy that you had to book! Renovations still happening so it's a work in progress. Mena in the Executive Lounge was fantastic and extremely professional, the hotel is lucky to have her. Breakfast was pretty much the best breakfast we've had in a hotel in Perth, and was very tasty and everything was HOT which is so unusual lol!! Omeletes were fantastic. Staff/Management equally as good. All staff were quite simply brilliant and couldn't have done enough. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. Had a great one night stay and the hotel and staff were a real highlight of our night in the city :-).

We were welcomed with a beverage on arrival and although had trouble with our booking, staff were efficient in finding an immediate solution. The cleanliness of the room was up to standard with impeccably comfortable bedding. Room Service was great - Everything got delivered in a timely manner. Breakfast was amazing! They offer eggs your way, a buffet of foods, whether you want a Classic English Breakfast or something small, cereal or yoghurt, it is available. For beverages, there were a variety of fresh juices, water and coffee and tea. The check in check out process was smooth. Overall, staff were great alongside all the services they provided. We will definitely be staying here again.

Room: was huge, well appointed. Everything you need. Big bath. Comfortable huge bed with the best pillows ever!!! Drinks: we had happy hour - nice chilled spot to watch sports on big screens or play a game of pool. Dinner: we got invited to Six Senses down at Quay, was amazing. Restaurant was closed for breakfast: which was a shame as we love full options, but understand considering Covid issues. Room service was offered, we had smashed avocado on toast and a cappuccino - delicious! Parking: parked in close carpark for $16 night, almost connected to Pan Pacific - so not a prob. Will stay again.

I love the newly updated rooms! Its spacious, the bed is very comfortable and its a quiet space to relax!! I also appreciate the big bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash making showering a breeze! It was a great touch, less hassle needing to twist small tubes with caps!! I came here 5 years ago and haven't been back since I left disappointed with how outdated the rooms were for its high price. So when I recently saw a video on tiktok stating its been renovated, I didn't hesitate to try it out! The price is very affordable to match the newly updated look!

The staff went extra mile and offered us a more spacious room so that it could comfortably fit our family. The bed was firm and the room was large enough for the kids to run around! The hotel is located at the edge of the CBD and it was super easy to either walk into the city or catch a free bus to commute into the city. The staff made us felt very welcomed and were always ready to assist us with our questions and requests.
